BMS GOLF TOURNAMENT & BBQ
We are having an Alumni BBQ/Golf Tournament the weekend before school starts on August 21, 2009 . Friday evening the 21st 6:00 p.m. we will be painting the new SigEp house’s door red, and we want to give everyone the opportunity to lay down a couple brush strokes symbolizing the united effort it has been by all of us to make the chapter what it is today. following the painting of the door we will have some applicants for the “Balanced Man Scholarship” and their parents over to the house for a BBQ; it would be infinitely more effective if we could have a bunch of alumni there to speak with them about the benefits of brotherhood.
That following morning August 22nd morning 8am at Logan River Golf Course, we are putting together an alumni golf charity event, not only so the Putnam’s can show off their golf skills, but also to have a great time catching up with one another. All proceeds from the BBQ and the Golf tournament will go towards the Balanced Man Scholarship Fund. Neither event is private or exclusive so please invite as many people as you wish but don’t forget to RSVP so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Brothers, this is a chance to see how the hard work that we put into the reorganization of our beloved fraternity has paid off. We are now the alumni that we so desperately needed when we began our journey five years ago. It is time to start being apart of our fraternity again and we hope to see as many of us there as possible. If you are golfing: $50 gets you 18 holes of golf with your brothers and a BBQ for your family. Your spouse/friends/parents can golf as well for the same price and it includes the BBQ. Kids 12 and under eat free.
If you aren’t golfing: $10 per person for you/your spouse/friends/parents for the BBQ. Kids 12 and under eat free.
