Swimming in a pool constructed by Carlton Pools, is a benefit to both our body and spirit.  A nice leisurely morning swim can lift your spirits and get you going for the day like no other form of exercise can.  Unlike some types of exercise, which might be difficult to master and continue though out your life, swimming can become a lifetime activity that can easily be passed on to your kids.  Why not have a pool designed and installed by a company like Carlton Pools so that you can take care of your bodies and live healthy and full lives.

The health benefits of a pool are justifiably worth the cost one would incur to install a swimming pool.  Daily exercise in water will help reduce the risk of heart diseases, decrease you body fat percentage and increase your muscle mass.  Swimming works almost all the muscles in your body and can also give you the self-confidence that is needed to battle through life’s challenges.  After all, if you can swim a mile, what can’t you accomplish!

Have you ever seen an Olympic swimmer who didn’t have a perfectly sculpted body?  Have you ever been to a college swimming meet and notice how fit the swimmers are?  This isn’t a coincidence that all you have to be fit to swim.  You BECOME fit by swimming.  On the flip side, have you ever noticed that the swimming pool at the local gym is always packed with senior citizens?  Why do older people like to swim so much?  It’s because they can. Their bodies respond well to it. Swimming is such a low impact sport that is awesome for people who are 6 months old all the way up to 100 years old.

Attention to these health matters will increase your life expectancy.  How do you put a price on that?

It took some time but It was becoming more noticeable by the day. First my Internet speed was slowing down. It was no longer a joke that I could take a quick nap waiting for new pages to load with Internet Explorer. I downloaded another browser and even it got clogged after only a few hours of use. From there it became worse by the day.

Opening a previously saved word document seemed to take forever and sometimes trying to start a new one would take several attempts. Forget running a game, most of them timed out while loading and the larger games would not even make it to the opening screen. At this point if I could Double My Speed on the PC it would not have even brought it back to normal but it would have been some improvement.

I searched for a solution and came upon doublemyspeed.com on my PC at work one day. That evening I fired up my machine and hoped it would log on and make it to the site before it slowed to a crawl. Successfully downloading the program and running it was the beginning of my computers salvation as it found and eliminated dozens of corrupt files and file fragments and then went on to purge a massive amount of spyware that I’d accumulated.

Within hours my old machine had more than double it speed and was back to flying along on the net and with my everyday applications. Thank you Doublemyspeed!

When my computer got so bad I couldn’t use it anyone without wanting to take a baseball bat to it, a friend suggested a registry cleaner. I went online and found many different programs, some free, and some that cost money. I decided, after being lectured about what can happen if the wrong files are removed, to go with a paid version. I chose Mycleanpc. I just don’t trust free software.

On Myceanpc.com, I found I could try the software, and while it wouldn’t remove errors from my registry until I paid, I didn’t need a credit card to download it. At least this was I could see what the interface looked like, and make sure my computer could run the program. Once I downloaded MacAfee for free from my internet provider. After an hour for a download, my computer couldn’t run it. I didn’t want to waste my time again.

I found My Clean PC did a decent job. I had errors in the registry, and adware and spyware galore. Once these problems were removed, my computer was back to normal. It was easy to do the cleanup, I had nothing to do but sit back and hit a few buttons occasionally. I don’t know if all computer clean up programs are this easy, but I was really pleased with with My Clean PC and I have not had any problems since using it.

I bought Cyberdefender computer protection after installing the free version. I was hoping against hope that my only problem was adware, which the free version removed. No luck, I had viruses too. I had assumed as much, the computer was shutting down, not just slowing up, so I bought the paid version. I had read Cyberdefender reviews that said the free version wouldn’t remove viruses, so I wasn’t surprised.

I still had problems so I called Cyberdefender who tried to sell me the upgrade to Live Help, which is basically remote computer repair for a year. No way, I was going to write a less than flattering Cyberdefender review after I took my computer to the repair shop and got all the information I needed. I’m glad I didn’t now.

Guess what? The computer repair shop said I had corrupted files from a virus, and while they could remove the virus, I needed a lot of work done to my computer. After comparing their cost to Cyberdefender, Cyberdefender was only $47 more, and that bought me a year of Live Help for three computers. I decided that was a better deal because Live Help includes helping you get drivers, set up a home network, and more. I’m sure I will need Live Help again, although I’m not going to get any more viruses.
